Who we are

Who we are:

We are a Christian peer to peer support group for those dealing with mental health challenges. We began meeting in 2019 with the purpose of being a safe place for anyone struggling with depression and anxiety. Those of us that lead the group are no different in that we also have mental health challenges. As we have grown, in addition to depression and anxiety, we have those that have experienced trauma, PTS, divorce, abuse, abandonment etc.

One of the most important aspects of Voic3 is vulnerability. We purposefully lead with authenticity and vulnerability which creates a safe environment that builds trust. Brené Brown says “Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection.” We continue to experience that connection at Voic3.

Who we are not:

We are not licensed therapists or psychologists and do not offer advice. We encourage people to get professional help if needed.

Who is invited:

We welcome everyone to our group. Our desire is that all who have a mental health challenge have a supportive place where they are heard, where they are loved, and where they feel they belong. We eat together. We laugh together. We hurt together. We do life together.
